EuroTripping – London Street Shots

While on our European road trip, we spent almost a week in London. We walked around a lot and among the images I snapped, there were a number of shots I would categorize as “street” photography. Here, then, are some of the London street shots taken back in early July.

A figure walking in the vicinity of Shad Thames

A photo shoot outside Christie’s

Cat on patrol from on high on Brick Lane

Escalating away from the Barbican Centre

Resisting the dark side in Leicester Square

Entering a tunnel of lights near Covent Garden

Entering the Leake Street Graffiti tunnel

Riding high at work near Paddington Station

Stopping to contemplate on the Millennium Bridge

Passing by Gosh Comics

Composing a piece in the Leake Street tunnel

Avoiding the rain in Bermondsey

Racing against a race car in Shoreditch

Three under the cover of one umbrella

Man on patrol from on high

Browsing at the book shop

Closer look at the photo shooting duo

On the phone at the Tate Modern

Under the lights

Riding the walkways in a tube station

Snacking in Leadenhall Market

Providing security at White Cube

Busking in a tube station

Providing security with a view at The Lookout

Taking a load off

Still talking on the phone at the Tate Modern

    1. Many thanks! As far as Bill Brandt, I feel like I’ve come across his name (I’m terrible with names) and just now looked him up and his shot of a house fronted by a sloping road seemed familiar to me but I’m not really familiar with his work. I’ll check him out. 😃
