While we were in Rotterdam for the day on our European road trip last July, much of our long walk was along the Nieuwe Maas.
We explored some of the newer neighbourhoods where modern buildings have sprouted up over the last few decades. Our journey crisscrossed the river and we walked over a number of bridges including Willemsbrug and Erasmusbrug. Along with all the riverfront architecture, we also noted a variety of boats doing their thang or moored at river’s edge.
This collection of images feature views of the city of Rotterdam along the waterfront that include buildings, bridges and boats.

Your images are wonderful! They make enticing advertisements for travel.

My favorite in this group is the Kubuswoningen view – or is it the Stadsdriehoek towers? Can’t decide 🙂
